Settlers Gutter Profile
CMI offers builders a solution for our Settlers Gutter by adding a compliant slot to the gutter. By adding the correctly dimensioned and positioned slots to the front face of our gutters, they achieve full compliance with the requirements set out in table 3.5.2.4 Acceptable Overflow Measures in the National Construction Code of Australia Volume 2. (subject to correct stormwater drainage system design and installation as per this code).
Our Settlers Gutter does not come slotted as a standard. Please ensure you request a slotted gutter at the time of ordering to get the fully compliant gutter.
Note: The requirements detailed the NCC 2016 Building Code of Australia Vol II are in full effect as of 1st May 2017. These requirements apply to all construction activities undertaken under Building License Applications made to permit authorities on or after May 1st 2017.
