Perenjori Units
Looking for a solution that would prevent termite problems and also adhere to the M Class soil classification, builder Warren Taylor Homes choose CMI steel framing to ensure a sturdy, lightweight and flexible product to contstruct a series of units in Perenjori for the Shire.
Builder Warren Taylor, worked in conjunction with Connolly Creative to install the Steel Framing and both parties commented on the systems being easy to use, expedited time frame for erection and concise drawings provided by the CMI team.
Connolly Creative Managing director Llewyn Connolly commented, “The frames were light and easy to move around the site” he said after completing the project. “The framing for the two homes was completed in one day, with the second day spent bolting down and screwing together the frames.”
All product was delivered on site by CMI’s custom built, dedicated fleet of trucks.
